Terms and Conditions of the “Cache Back” Promotion

The Promotion Organizer is white.market (https://white.market/) ("Organizer"). Cryptographic reward fulfillment, account authentication (OAuth), and identity verification (KYC) functionality under this Promotion are provided independently by WhiteBIT ("Reward Partner").

The Promotion will commence on October 14, 2026, at 00:00 UTC and conclude on December 12, 2026, at 23:59:59 UTC, inclusive.

All dates and times specified in these Terms and Conditions are based on UTC, unless expressly stated otherwise. Where only a date is specified without a particular time, the applicable deadline will expire at 23:59:59 UTC on that date.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, or modify these Terms and Conditions, where reasonably necessary for technical, legal, operational, or fraud-prevention reasons. Any such amendments shall operate prospectively and shall be published on the Promotion page. No amendment shall retroactively invalidate, reduce, or deprive a Participant of any cashback, Gold Tickets, or Prizes validly earned prior to the effective date of such amendment.

The Promotion is open to Participants worldwide, except for citizens and residents of the following countries and jurisdictions: Afghanistan, Iran, Yemen, Libya, the State of Palestine, Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), Syria, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Sudan, South Sudan, Venezuela, Myanmar, Canada, the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Georgia, as well as all Member States of the European Union, namely: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

The Promotion is also unavailable in the following territories and jurisdictions and to their residents: American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, Transnistria, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, the Federal Republic of Ambazonia, Kosovo, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

It is the responsibility of Participants to ensure that their participation in the Promotion is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations applicable to them. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request additional information where necessary.

The Promotion is organized primarily for the purpose of promoting the services provided by white.market, as well as introducing Participants to Tether Gold (XAU₮), including through educational activities available as part of the Promotion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions or any promotional materials shall be construed as financial, investment, trading, or legal advice, nor as a solicitation or offer to purchase or trade any digital assets.

Information about the Promotion is communicated by the Organizer as part of its advertising activities.

Participants of the Promotion must be individuals over the age of 18 who are eligible to participate in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and who have fulfilled the following conditions:

• signed in to their white.market account via Steam OpenID;

• configured their white.market account by confirming their email address and adding a valid Steam Trade URL;

• funded their white.market balance or completed a purchase using available payment methods on white.market;

• registered or already have an active WhiteBIT account;

• connected their WhiteBIT account to their white.market account via the available OAuth connection;

• during the period from October 14 through December 12, 2026, inclusive, purchased an eligible skin on white.market priced at no less than 5 USD or its equivalent.

The WhiteBIT account connected to white.market must belong to the same individual participating in the Promotion.

A purchase will be considered eligible only after the relevant transaction has been successfully completed. Cancelled, refunded, reversed (including Steam trade protection or trade lock reversals), disputed, chargebacked, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid transactions will not be taken into account for the purposes of the Promotion.

Participants who have successfully fulfilled the conditions of the Promotion and completed their first eligible purchase of a skin priced at no less than 5 USD or its equivalent become eligible for promotional cashback in Tether Gold (XAU₮), which will be credited to their connected WhiteBIT account.

The determination of whether a purchase meets the minimum threshold of 5 USD (or its equivalent in other supported currencies) is calculated internally by the white.market platform at the exact time of transaction execution based on system exchange rates.

Completion of identity verification (KYC) on WhiteBIT is not required for the cashback to be credited.

If, at the time the cashback is credited, the Participant’s connected WhiteBIT account has not completed the required identity verification (KYC), the cashback will be allocated to such account strictly as a conditional pending promotional reward. The credited pending cashback does not constitute a deposited asset, property, or claim of the Participant, and shall remain fully locked and non-transferable. The Participant shall have no right to trade, sell, exchange, withdraw, transfer, or utilize the pending cashback for any operations on WhiteBIT until identity verification (KYC) is successfully completed in full compliance with WhiteBIT’s User Agreement, AML/CFT policies, and applicable regulatory requirements. The Reward Partner reserves the right to withhold or reverse any pending cashback if the account fails applicable sanctions or compliance checks.

The Participant must successfully complete the required identity verification (KYC) on WhiteBIT no later than December 31, 2026, at 23:59:59 UTC.

If the Participant fails to complete the required KYC procedure by the specified deadline, any cashback credited under the Promotion will be cancelled. If the cashback has not yet been credited by that time, the Participant will lose the right to receive such cashback subsequently.

The cashback amount depends on the type of skin purchased:

Gold Collection is a special collection of eligible skins determined by the Organizer and displayed on the Promotion page and/or in the white.market interface. The Organizer reserves the right to update, add, or remove items included in the Gold Collection at its sole discretion during the Promotion Period. Any such updates shall not retroactively affect cashback eligibility for completed transactions prior to the change.

Each Participant may receive cashback only once during the entire Promotion period, regardless of the number of purchases made, white.market accounts, WhiteBIT accounts, Steam accounts, IP addresses, devices, or other identifiers used by such Participant.

If the Participant’s first eligible purchase is a standard skin, the Participant becomes eligible for cashback in the amount equivalent to 20 USD₮ in XAU₮. A subsequent purchase of a skin from the Gold Collection will not increase or replace the cashback amount already determined.

If the Participant’s first eligible purchase is a skin from the Gold Collection, the Participant becomes eligible for cashback in the amount equivalent to 25 USD₮ in XAU₮.

Cashback is credited in XAU₮, not in USD₮. The amount of XAU₮ credited to the Participant will be calculated based on the applicable XAU₮/USD₮ rate on WhiteBIT at the time the cashback is actually credited.

As the market value of XAU₮ may fluctuate, Participants may receive different amounts of XAU₮ depending on the rate applicable at the time the cashback is actually credited. Any subsequent changes in the market value of XAU₮ will not constitute grounds for recalculation or adjustment of the cashback. Neither the Organizer nor the Reward Partner is responsible for market price fluctuations of XAU₮, network or withdrawal fees, or any actions taken by third-party issuers of XAU₮.

Cashback for all eligible purchases completed during the Promotion must be credited no later than December 19, 2026, provided that the Participant has fulfilled the applicable requirements of these Terms and Conditions.

The absence of completed identity verification (KYC) on the connected WhiteBIT account does not in itself prevent the cashback from being credited before the end of the Promotion; however, in order to retain the right to such cashback, KYC must be successfully completed no later than December 31, 2026, at 23:59:59 UTC.

In the event that an Eligible Purchase is cancelled, refunded, disputed, or reversed (including via Steam trade protection reversals) after the promotional cashback has been credited, the Participant's entitlement to such cashback shall automatically lapse. Upon formal notice from the Organizer confirming the invalidity of the transaction, the Reward Partner may perform the necessary technical operations on the Participant's connected WhiteBIT account to restrict, debit, or reverse the unearned XAU₮ amount (or its equivalent) in accordance with WhiteBIT rules and applicable law.

The Organizer reserves the right to carry out additional checks in connection with the crediting of cashback, including verification of the relevant white.market account, WhiteBIT account, KYC status, eligible purchase, account connection, and compliance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions aimed at preventing abuse.

If an eligible Participant has not received the applicable cashback by December 19, 2026, inclusive, the Participant must contact the Organizer at [email protected] no later than December 26, 2026. If the Participant fails to contact the Organizer regarding non-receipt of the cashback by December 26, 2026, the Participant shall be deemed to have permanently waived the right to receive such cashback, and any subsequent claims shall not be entertained.

In addition to cashback, Participants may receive special virtual promotional units — Gold Tickets — by completing eligible activities during the Promotion period.

Every 10 Gold Tickets represents one entry in a Gold Skin Giveaway selected by the Participant.

The Participant independently chooses whether or not to participate in a particular Gold Skin Giveaway. Once the Participant confirms participation, the system automatically uses all Gold Tickets available to the Participant at that time for participation in the relevant Giveaway. Every 10 Gold Tickets used corresponds to one entry in that Giveaway.

Gold Tickets:

• have no monetary value;

• are non-transferable;

• cannot be withdrawn;

• cannot be sold or transferred to another Participant;

• cannot be exchanged for cash, USD₮, XAU₮, skins, or any other assets outside the applicable Promotion mechanics;

• automatically expire and are forfeited without any right to compensation or rollover if they are not confirmed/allocated by the Participant for participation in a specific Giveaway prior to the respective Giveaway expiration deadline.

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel Gold Tickets in the event of abuse, fraud, manipulation, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or violation of the white.market platform rules.

Gold Tickets may be obtained during the period from October 14 through December 12, 2026, inclusive, through eligible purchases, Quick Learn, Daily Tasks, and General Tasks available as part of the Promotion.

Daily Tasks may include the following:

Completion of a task will be determined in accordance with the completion mechanism applicable to that task and displayed in the Promotion interface. Gold Tickets for a successfully completed task will be credited after the applicable completion requirements have been fulfilled.

The current list of available Daily Tasks and General Tasks, their applicable rewards, and the actions required to complete them will be displayed in the white.market interface.

For purchases, the Gold Tickets earning mechanic becomes available after the Participant’s first eligible purchase that was used to determine their eligibility for cashback.

Each subsequent eligible purchase of a skin priced at 5 USD or more grants the Participant the right to open one Vault cell.

Each such Vault cell contains a random number of Gold Tickets, determined by the system at the time the cell is opened.

The number of Gold Tickets received from a particular Vault cell may vary. The completion of an eligible purchase grants the right to open a Vault cell but does not guarantee any specific number of Gold Tickets.

Cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid purchases do not grant the right to open the corresponding Vault cell. Gold Tickets obtained from a Vault cell where the right to open such cell arose from such a purchase may be cancelled.

As part of the Promotion, Participants may also have access to an educational section called Quick Learn, containing short educational materials about XAU₮ and tokenized gold. Participation in Quick Learn provides a free alternative route (Alternative Means of Entry) to obtain Gold Tickets without requiring any purchase or monetary expenditure on the Platform.

Quick Learn will be available during the Promotion period, from October 14 through December 12, 2026, inclusive.

Quick Learn may consist of approximately 2–3 questions. Each question may include a link to an educational article or other material that the Participant is expected to review before submitting an answer.

A Participant receives 150 Gold Tickets only if all questions in the relevant Quick Learn quiz are answered correctly. Individual correct answers do not award Gold Tickets.

Educational materials may include, but are not limited to, the following topics:

• what XAU₮ is;

• how XAU₮ is linked to physical gold;

• where the assets backing XAU₮ are held;

• how tokenized gold may be used.

The Organizer may add, update, suspend, or remove educational cards and quiz questions during the period from October 14 through December 12, 2026, inclusive, provided that the current activities and the applicable number of Gold Tickets are displayed in the white.market interface.

All materials provided as part of Quick Learn are intended solely for informational and educational purposes and do not constitute investment, financial, trading, legal, or other professional advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold XAU₮, or otherwise conduct transactions involving XAU₮ or any other digital assets.

A total of two separate Gold Skin Giveaways will be held during the Promotion period.

The first Gold Skin Giveaway will run from October 14, 2026, at 00:00 UTC through November 12, 2026, at 23:59:59 UTC.

To participate in the first Gold Skin Giveaway, the Participant must confirm participation no later than November 12, 2026, at 23:59:59 UTC.

The 4 Winners of the first Gold Skin Giveaway will be determined on November 13, 2026.

The second Gold Skin Giveaway will run from November 13, 2026, at 00:00 UTC through December 12, 2026, at 23:59:59 UTC.

To participate in the second Gold Skin Giveaway, the Participant must confirm participation no later than December 12, 2026, at 23:59:59 UTC.

The 5 Winners of the second Gold Skin Giveaway will be determined on December 13, 2026.

A Participant may participate in both Gold Skin Giveaways, subject to compliance with the conditions of the Promotion.

Information about the skins awarded as Prizes in the first Gold Skin Giveaway will be published on the Promotion page and/or in the relevant Giveaway card no later than October 14, 2026.

Information about the skins awarded as Prizes in the second Gold Skin Giveaway will be published on the Promotion page and/or in the relevant Giveaway card no later than November 13, 2026.

The Organizer may update or modify information about the available skins in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the functionality of the white.market platform during the relevant Giveaway period: for the first Gold Skin Giveaway, through November 12, 2026, inclusive, and for the second Gold Skin Giveaway, through December 12, 2026, inclusive.

Each Gold Skin Giveaway will be displayed on the platform in the relevant Giveaway card, which may include:

• the skins awarded as Prizes;

• the number of the Participant’s entries in the relevant Giveaway;

• the time remaining until the end of the Giveaway;

• other information related to participation in the relevant Giveaway.

Every 10 Gold Tickets automatically used by the system when the Participant confirms participation in a particular Gold Skin Giveaway corresponds to one entry in that Giveaway.

Once participation in the relevant Giveaway is confirmed, the system automatically uses all Gold Tickets available to the Participant at that time for participation in that Giveaway.

The probability of winning a particular Giveaway is proportional to the number of valid Gold Tickets used by the system for the Participant’s participation in that Giveaway.

The first Gold Skin Giveaway will have 4 Winners, while the second Gold Skin Giveaway will have 5 Winners.

The same Participant may participate in both Giveaways and may become a Winner in both the first and the second Gold Skin Giveaway.

The conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled in accordance with the requirements displayed on the white.market platform at the time of the relevant action by the Participant.

IMPORTANT! The use of multiple accounts while participating in the Promotion is prohibited. A Participant may not create or use multiple white.market, WhiteBIT, Steam, or other related accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional cashback, Gold Tickets, additional Giveaway entries, or any other advantage under the Promotion.

Each individual is entitled to only one cashback credit under the Promotion.

The use of multiple accounts, third-party accounts, related accounts, automated tools, bots, artificial transactions, transaction reversals, coordinated activity between related users, or any other methods intended to manipulate the results of the Promotion is prohibited.

Participants found to be using multiple accounts or otherwise abusing the Promotion may be disqualified. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel cashback, cancel Gold Tickets or Giveaway entries, revoke Winner status, restrict participation in the Promotion, and take other measures provided for by the white.market platform rules.

If multiple accounts are created, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second account created and any subsequent multiple accounts in accordance with the applicable white.market rules.

Participants’ data may be processed for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying compliance with its requirements, determining eligibility for cashback and Gold Tickets, determining Winners, delivering Prizes, preventing fraud and abuse, and establishing the necessary marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relationships.

For the purpose of verifying compliance with the Promotion requirements, the Organizer and/or the relevant service providers may process information necessary to confirm the connection of the Participant’s WhiteBIT account and its verification status, in accordance with applicable privacy policies and legal requirements.

Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer, as well as their relatives up to the second degree of kinship, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

If, at the time Gold Tickets are credited or a Prize is awarded, it is determined that the Participant does not meet the applicable requirements established by these Terms and Conditions, such Participant will not be entitled to receive the relevant reward or Prize.

The absence of completed identity verification (KYC) at the time cashback is credited does not prevent the technical crediting of cashback to the connected WhiteBIT account. However, until KYC has been successfully completed in accordance with WhiteBIT requirements, the credited cashback will remain locked and completely unavailable for trading, exchange, withdrawal, or transfer.

If the Participant fails to complete KYC by December 31, 2026, at 23:59:59 UTC, any credited cashback will be cancelled, and the right to any cashback not yet credited will cease.

Participants whose valid Gold Tickets have been automatically used by the system to participate in the relevant Gold Skin Giveaway will have the opportunity to become Winners of that Giveaway.

The Winners of the first Gold Skin Giveaway will be determined on November 13, 2026, from among all valid entries generated before the end of the first Giveaway.

The Winners of the second Gold Skin Giveaway will be determined on December 13, 2026, from among all valid entries generated before the end of the second Giveaway.

The Winners will be selected automatically using the Organizer’s internal random selection system from among all valid entries in the relevant Giveaway.

Information regarding participation and results may be recorded in the Organizer’s system logs. The Organizer’s decision regarding the results will be final, subject to applicable legal requirements.

The Prizes under the Gold Skin Giveaways are the skins displayed in the relevant Giveaway cards.

At its discretion, the Organizer may replace a skin awarded as a Prize with its cash equivalent credited to the Winner’s white.market account balance if delivery of the relevant skin is impossible or materially hindered for technical, legal, operational, or other objective reasons. The cash equivalent shall be calculated by the Organizer based on the average listing price of the respective skin on the white.market platform on the date the relevant Winner is determined.

Prizes for the Winners of the first Gold Skin Giveaway must be credited or delivered no later than November 22, 2026.

Prizes for the Winners of the second Gold Skin Giveaway must be credited or delivered no later than December 22, 2026.

Skins awarded as Prizes will be delivered via Steam Trade. The Winner must have a valid, correct, and unrestricted Steam Trade URL and must accept the sent Steam Trade Offer within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of its issuance.

The Organizer will not be responsible for any inability or delay in delivering a Prize caused by Steam trading restrictions, a Trade Ban, Trade Hold, private inventory, incorrect Steam Trade URL, account restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control.

The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-refundable and non-replaceable, except where expressly provided for by these Terms and Conditions, and the Winner is not entitled to demand any additional compensation from the Organizer.

If a Winner of the first Gold Skin Giveaway has not received the Prize by November 22, 2026, inclusive, despite being eligible to receive it, or encounters any other difficulties related to receiving the Prize, the Winner must contact the Organizer at [email protected] no later than November 29, 2026.

If a Winner of the second Gold Skin Giveaway has not received the Prize by December 22, 2026, inclusive, despite being eligible to receive it, or encounters any other difficulties related to receiving the Prize, the Winner must contact the Organizer at [email protected] no later than December 29, 2026.

If a Winner fails to contact the Organizer regarding non-receipt of the Prize by the applicable deadline specified above, the Winner may lose the right to receive the Prize, subject to applicable law.

Winners determined as a result of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive a Prize to any third party.

A Winner is entitled to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not provide compensation for any additional expenses arising in connection with participation in the Promotion or receipt of cashback or a Prize. Any taxes, fees, or other mandatory payments associated with rewards received under the Promotion will be governed by the laws applicable to the relevant Participant.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer and/or third parties engaged by the Organizer for the purposes of conducting the Promotion and carrying out all necessary related activities.

This may include informing Participants about the results of the Promotion and providing information about subsequent activities, competitions, promotions, or other advertising campaigns organized by the Organizer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Participants confirm that they understand the purposes for which their information is processed and have reviewed the applicable white.market Privacy Policy, available at https://white.market/privacy-policy.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions. Information about material amendments or additions will be published on the white.market website, the Promotion page, and/or the Organizer’s official social media accounts.

The Organizer may update the Gold Collection, available Gold Skin Giveaway Prizes, Quick Learn educational materials, quizzes, and other Promotion content during the period from October 14 through December 12, 2026, inclusive, provided that the current information is displayed on the white.market platform.

Changes to the composition of the Gold Collection will not retroactively affect eligibility for cashback in respect of purchases completed before such changes take effect.

The Organizer does not involve itself in resolving disputes that may arise between Participants of the Promotion. Where these Terms and Conditions are subject to ambiguous interpretation or do not expressly regulate a particular matter, the Organizer will make a decision in accordance with applicable legal requirements. The Organizer’s decision will be final, subject to applicable law.

Neither the Organizer nor the Reward Partner shall be responsible for the operation or services of telecommunications companies, Steam, internet or email providers, or other third-party systems beyond their reasonable control. Furthermore, the Organizer shall not be liable for any account suspensions, KYC rejections, or processing delays executed independently by the Reward Partner, nor shall the Reward Partner be held liable for skin transactions, Vault cell mechanics, or giveaways conducted on the white.market platform.

In the event of any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or inaccuracies between different language versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English-language version will prevail.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Organizer and Reward Partner

white.market acts solely as the Organizer and administrator of the Promotion. The Organizer is exclusively responsible for the design, operation, and administration of the Promotion on the white.market platform, including validating Eligible Purchases, administering Gold Tickets, Vault cells, and Quick Learn, conducting Gold Skin Giveaways, determining Winners, and delivering skin Prizes via Steam. WhiteBIT acts strictly as an independent Reward Partner. The Reward Partner independently provides account authentication (OAuth), identity verification (KYC), and technical fulfillment of promotional cashback in XAU₮ credited to eligible WhiteBIT accounts.  

The Organizer holds sole authority regarding Promotion eligibility, Gold Ticket issuance, Giveaway results, and Winner determination. The Reward Partner does not participate in or influence Giveaway outcomes or platform mechanics. The Reward Partner holds sole and independent authority regarding WhiteBIT account status, KYC approval/rejection, and compliance restrictions under its own terms of service. The Organizer does not influence or assume liability for WhiteBIT KYC or account compliance decisions.
