Terms and Conditions of the "WM Giveaway" Promotion

The Promotion Organizer is white.market (https://white.market/).

The Promotion is permanent and ongoing. The WM Giveaway Promotion does not have a predetermined end date and remains valid from the moment of its publication on the white.market website until terminated by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion at any time at its sole discretion.

The Promotion is open to Participants from all territories worldwide, except for the citizens of the following jurisdictions: Afghanistan, American Samoa, Ambazonia, Belarus, Guam, Iran, Kosovo, Libya, Nagorno-Karabakh, North Korea, Northern Cyprus, Canada, Northern Mariana Islands, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Russian Federation, Somalia, South Sudan, Spain, Sudan, Syria, Transnistria, US Virgin Islands, USA, Western Sahara, Yemen, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

It is the responsibility of Participants to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.

The Promotion is organized with the primary objective of promoting the services provided by white.market.

The Promotion is not considered a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public commitment to reward participants.

Information about the Promotion is communicated based on the Organizer’s advertising rights.

Participants of the Promotion are adult (over the age of 18) residents of non-prohibited countries who have met the following conditions:

1. Logged in to white.market (https://white.market/) using Steam OpenID.

2. Set up an account on white.market by confirming Email address and adding a Steam trade link. 

3. Claimed daily tickets and completed tasks (selling, listing, Instant Sell, referrals) to earn more tickets.

4. Entered a giveaway on the Giveaways page by using the earned tickets. 

5. Claimed their reward after the end of the selected giveaway. 
   

The WM Giveaway Promotion includes three types of recurring giveaways:

• Daily 

• Weekly 

• Monthly

nformation about the prizes for each Daily, Weekly, and Monthly giveaway is published at the beginning of the respective giveaway period. For Daily Giveaways, prize information becomes available every day at 01:00 (CET). For Weekly Giveaways, prize information is published every Monday at 01:00 (CET). For Monthly Giveaways, prize information is published on the first calendar day of each month at 01:00 (CET). The Organizer reserves the right to update or modify prize information in accordance with these Terms and the functionality of the white.market platform.

Each giveaway may have only one Winner. Winners may repeat. The same Participant may win multiple times in the same or different giveaways.

Each giveaway is represented on the platform as a separate prize card, which displays:

• The prize;

• The ticket cost per entry;

• The Participant’s current number of entries;

• The total number of Participants or entries;

• The remaining time before the giveaway ends. 

Participation in each giveaway requires spending a specified number of tickets. Each ticket equals one entry into the selected giveaway. Participants may enter the same giveaway multiple times unless otherwise specified. The more tickets a Participant spends on a specific giveaway, the higher their probability of winning that giveaway.

Tickets are virtual promotional units credited to a Participant’s account. They:

• Are earned by completing daily and general tasks on the platform;

• Have no monetary value;

• Are non-transferable and non-withdrawable;

• Cannot be exchanged for money or other assets outside the platform.
  

The Organizer reserves the right to introduce limits on ticket accrual, usage, validity periods, or to revoke tickets in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of platform rules. Tickets may be obtained by completing the following types of tasks:

Daily tasks (recurring tasks that may be claimed periodically, subject to platform conditions). The Organizer reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove daily tasks at its sole discretion without amending these Terms, provided such changes are reflected on the white.market platform interface. Daily tasks currently include:

The Conditions of the Promotion must be met in accordance with the requirements specified on the white.market platform at the time of participation.

IMPORTANT! It is prohibited to use multiple accounts while participating in the Promotion. Entrants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Member may have only one account. Using multiple accounts (multi-accounts) or collaborating with affiliated users to manipulate orders is prohibited and will result in the termination of all accounts without the owner's consent. In case of creating multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

Participants' data in the Promotion will be processed to ensure participation and establish marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations. white.market is not responsible for the collection of user data carried out by the data provider.

Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer, or their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship) are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. If, when awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.

Participants of the Promotion have the opportunity to become Winners and win Prizes according to the Daily, Weekly, or Monthly giveaway selected.

The Winner of each giveaway is determined after the timer displayed on the respective giveaway card expires. One Winner is selected from all valid ticket entries allocated to that giveaway. The probability of selection is proportional to the number of tickets spent by the Participant. The selection is conducted through the Organizer’s internal automated system, and entries and results are recorded in the system logs. The Organizer’s decision is final and is not subject to appeal.

Prizes may include:

• CS2 skins;

• Physical goods;

• Funds credited to the Winner’s white.market account balance.
  

The Organizer may, at its sole discretion, replace a skin prize with its monetary equivalent credited to the Winner’s account balance.

Prizes may be credited or dispatched within up to seven business days after the announcement of the Winner.

For skin prizes, delivery is carried out via Steam trade. The Winner must have a valid, correct, and unrestricted Steam trade link. The Organizer is not responsible for failed delivery due to trade bans, private inventories, incorrect trade links, or Steam platform restrictions.

For physical goods, delivery may be subject to jurisdictional restrictions, shipping limitations, customs regulations, additional delivery costs, or logistical barriers. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse delivery to restricted jurisdictions, substitute the physical prize with an equivalent item, or replace it with a monetary equivalent credited to the Winner’s account balance. Any taxes, customs duties, or additional expenses related to receiving the physical prize are the responsibility of the Winner unless otherwise required by law.

The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-refundable and non-replaceable, except as expressly stated above, and the Promotion Winner is not entitled to demand any additional compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize received within the ambit of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.

If a Winner does not receive the Prize, assuming they were eligible for it, or encounters any other difficulties, it is required for the Winner to contact the Organizer via [email protected] within seven calendar days from the date of the Winner announcement. If the Winner fails to make contact regarding the issue of non-receipt of the Prize within this period, they may forfeit their right to receive the Prize.

Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to any third parties.

The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not provide compensation for any additional expenses arising from the Winner's receipt of the Prize. The tax on the Prize income the Winners receive will be carried out as per the prevailing legislation.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Promotion and perform all necessary related activities. This includes, but is not limited to, informing Participants about the results of the Promotion through advertising or other means. Participants may also receive further information, particularly of an advertising nature, about subsequent events, competitions, promotions, or raffles organized by the Organizer. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Participants explicitly consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer and/or other authorized entities. Participants confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes for processing the provided information and the privacy policy, accessible at https://white.market/privacy-policy. 

The Organizer reserves the right to amend or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In the event of any such changes, information regarding the amendments and modifications will be provided on the white.market website and the Organizer's official social media accounts.

The Organizer does not involve itself in resolving disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations where there are ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms and/or matters that are not specifically addressed by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion will make the final decision following the applicable legal requirements. The Organizer's decision is considered final and is not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operations or services of telecommunications companies, Steam platform services, postal services, courier services, e-mail providers, or any errors of enterprises, institutions, or organizations that ensure the exchange of information and items between Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances that may result in items not being received, received late, lost, blocked, or damaged.

In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies arising from translation across multiple languages utilized in the Promotion, the English rendition will be deemed authoritative and supersede all other versions.
