Terms and Conditions of the Budapest Major Raffle Promotion

Get a chance to win rewards for watching Budapest Major! Collect coins for every 15 minutes of watching the major and use them to participate in daily raffles. 

How to participate:

1. Sign up on white.market if you haven’t yet.

2. Confirm your e-mail and add a trade link to your profile. 

3. Watch the Maincast stream of Budapest Major on white.market and press the Get Coin button every 15 minutes. 

4. Use the coins to participate in the raffle. 

Important: Participation in a raffle costs one coin. The more times a participant joins a daily raffle, the higher the chances of winning. The unused coins are annulled at the end of each day. 

The winners will be selected by white.market’s randomizer tool at the end of each day. The activity consists of 4 parts (stages + playoffs) and 3 intermissions with no activities or giveaways (16 playable days in total).

Start of the Promotion: 24.11.25 (12:00 UTC) 

End of the Promotion: 14.12.25 (23:59 UTC)

Terms and Conditions of the white.market x Budapest Major Raffle Promotion

The Promotion Organizer is white.market.

The term of Promotion will commence on November 24, 2025, at 12:00 (UTC) and conclude on December 14, 2025, at 23:59 (UTC). The Promotion consists of 4 parts (stages + playoffs) and 3 intermissions with no activities or giveaways (16 playable days in total).

The Promotion is open to Participants from all territories worldwide, except for the citizens of the following jurisdictions: Afghanistan, American Samoa, Ambazonia, Belarus, Guam, Iran, Kosovo, Libya, Nagorno-Karabakh, North Korea, Northern Cyprus, Canada, Northern Mariana Islands, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Russian Federation, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Transnistria, US Virgin Islands, USA, Western Sahara, Yemen, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

It is the responsibility of Participants to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.

The Promotion is organized with the primary objective of promoting the services provided by white.market. For any inquiries or communication with the Organizer, Participants may contact the Organizer directly via [email protected]. 

The Promotion is not considered a game of chance, a lottery, a gambling service, or a contest. These Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public commitment to reward participants.

Information about the Promotion is communicated based on the Organizer’s advertising rights.

Participants of the Promotion are adult (individuals over the age of 18 years) residents of non-prohibited countries who met the following conditions:

1. Created or already had an account on white.market (https://white.market).

2. Confirmed their e-mail address and added a trade link to their profile.
3. Watched the Maincast stream of Budapest Major on white.market and earned at least one Coin for pressing the Get Coin button.

4. Used the Coins to participate in the Raffle.

One Coin can be earned every 15 minutes by pressing the Get Coin button. One Participation in a Raffle costs one Coin. The more Coins used in the Raffle, the higher the Participant’s chances of winning. 

The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within the designated time frame of its duration.

IMPORTANT! It is prohibited to use multiple accounts while participating in the Promotion. Entrants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Member may have only one account. Using multiple accounts (multi-accounts) or collaborating with affiliated users to manipulate orders is prohibited and will result in the termination of all accounts without the owner's consent. In case multiple accounts are created, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

Participants' data in the Promotion will be processed to ensure participation and establish marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations. white.market is not responsible for the collection of user data carried out by the data provider.

Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer or their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship) are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. If, when awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.

The list of available Prizes will be published at the beginning of each day. The Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled all the Conditions have the opportunity to become the Winners. 

The Promotion allows for a maximum of 35 Winners per day. Each Winner can receive one Prize per day.

The Winners of each day will be selected automatically with the help of a randomizer tool on white.market at the end of the day. The list of each day’s Winners will be posted on the Promotion page of the white.market website.  

The Prizes will be automatically credited to the Winners’ accounts. 

The Winners receive the Prizes free of charge. The Prizes are non-refundable and non-replaceable, and the Promotion Winners are not entitled to demand any additional compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize received within the ambit of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.

In the event that the Winners do not receive the Prize, assuming they were eligible for it, or encounter any other difficulties, they must contact the Organizer via [email protected] no later than February 15, 2025, inclusively. If the Winners fail to make contact regarding the issue of non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they will forfeit their right to receive the Prize.

Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to any third parties.

The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not provide compensation for any additional expenses arising from the Winner's receipt of the Prize. The tax on the Prize income the Winners receive will be carried out as per the prevailing legislation.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Promotion and perform all necessary related activities. This includes but is not limited to, informing Participants about the results of the Promotion through advertising or other means. Participants may also receive further information, particularly of an advertising nature, about subsequent events, competitions, promotions, or raffles organized by the Organizer. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Participants explicitly consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer and/or other authorized entities. Participants confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes for processing the provided information and the privacy policy, accessible at https://white.market/privacy-policy.

By participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their consent to using their surnames and first names without any financial compensation. Participants also agree to comply with all other Terms of the Promotion. Winners additionally confirm their agreement to participate in advertising interviews regarding their participation in the Promotion, including media platforms such as radio and television, and to be photographed to create graphic materials, without receiving any monetary compensation. The Organizer will own all exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In the event of any such changes, information regarding the amendments and modifications will be provided on the white.market website and the Organizer's official social media accounts.

The Organizer does not involve itself in resolving disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations where there are ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms and/or matters that are not specifically addressed by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion will make the final decision following the applicable legal requirements. It is essential to recognize that the Organizer's decision is considered final and is not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operations or the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, and in particular, e-mail, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information and items as mentioned above between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances which may result in where the postal items were not received, received late, became lost or damaged.

In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies arising from translation across multiple languages utilized in the Promotion, the English rendition will be deemed authoritative and supersede all other versions.
